Returns and refunds
You may request a return of eligible merchandise within 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact finstormoutdoors@gmail.com before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable. Please include proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for digital products after delivery, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, or items marked final sale, except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
