Shipping Locations
We ship throughout the United States. Certain products may also be available for international shipping depending on the supplier and destination.
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping — Eligible Products
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping: $15.00
These rates apply to products in our general domestic shipping profile.
Supplier-Fulfilled Products
Many Finstorm Outdoors products ship directly from trusted independent suppliers through Shopify Collective.
Shipping charges for these products are calculated at checkout based on the supplier, product, delivery address, and available shipping services.
Supplier-fulfilled products do not automatically qualify for our $70 free-shipping offer.
The final shipping charge will always be displayed before purchase.
Order Processing and Delivery
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the supplier, destination, inventory availability, and selected shipping service.
Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different days.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available from the supplier or shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us.
We'll work with the supplier and shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
International Orders
International shipping availability depends on the product and supplier.
Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible unused products within 14 days of delivery.
